Signing up for an account and logging in to the FreshService portal


Overview

Accessing the support portal > Sign up process > Verification > Logging in


Background Information

Welcome to the Coevolve Support Portal. To raise new service requests and view existing cases, you will need to log in with an account.

Please refer to the steps below to sign up.


Process

Please follow the steps below to sign up and login.


Step 1

Getting there:

If you are not already on the support portal, and are viewing this document through an email or another support guide, please click on the link below to get to the support portal.

Step 2

Signing up:

Click on the Sign Up button on the top right of your window.

Step 2

Fill in the required details:

Enter your name and email, followed up by clicking on the reCaptcha. Then, click on Register.

Step 3

Verify your email

You will receive an activation email. Please click on the activation link sent to your email to set your password.

Step 4

Setting up a password and logging in:

On the screen that appears, fill in a strong password and click on Activate.

Step 5

Logging in:

Congratulations! You have now set up your account and its time to log in. 
If its your first time logging in, clicking on Activate on the previous screen will redirect you to the homepage.
